The Brand

Established by Dominique Imbert in 1968, Focus is an internationally renowned manufacturer of made in France fireplaces. Original creator of the Gyrofocus, the world’s first suspended, 120° rotating fireplace, the success of Focus is due to its unparalleled technical and design innovation, to its close relations with architects and to the strong social and human values that have guided the company since its inception.

For 50 years, Focus has been imagining the future.

In 2020, Focus revolutionizes the fireplace world with 2 innovations:

- Gyrofocus gas:

Focus reinvents the gas fireplace.

The fireplace is working on gas, supplied through its flue pipe, a unique technological achievement allowing the fireplace to still be 360° rotating.

- Ergofocus Holographik® :

The first rotating suspended fireplace with a holographic system powered through its duct. The innovative technology being the holographic fire system, especially the glass panel, has been patented by Focus and is recognised as the most realistic system currently available on the market.

Additional collections of outdoor fireplaces, contemporary barbecues and fire pits complete the offer of the brand.

Focus Fires inspires architects

Since the beginning of the 1970s, architects have been their best ambassadors. They have widely contributed to making Focus the international reference for contemporary fireplaces. They have worked with some of the greatest: Norman Foster, Renzo Piano, Isay Weinfeld, Karim Rashid, Paola Navone, Snøhetta, Bjarke Ingels...

With the release of its latest innovations, Gyrofocus gas and Ergofocus Holographik, Focus brings the suspended fireplace to spaces where they were not an option so far: in hotel rooms and lobbies, in restaurants, in offices, in apartments… Enjoy a captivating flames dance inside Focus iconic designs without any constraints! “Ergofocus Holographik is especially suitable for the Middle East climate, as it does not generate any heat.”
